I have just done a test on 35mm Fomapan 100 rated 100 developed in R09 for 10min at 20C. It looks okay to me. I will have to confirm the results are the same with that same time applied to 120 roll.Then I can pit the two types together. You can't get Shanghai GP3 on 35mm, but the process time is equal to FP4 at 15min for R09 diluted 1:50 @ 20C.
