Hello, everyone. I have a SL66 I bought and repaired this year, and the plaque
with SL66 is not silver lettered in a black plate as usual, it is bronze
colored although made of aluminium (I had to remove it to open the panel). My
camera has the number 834 so I think if early ones could have that plate
colour, I have found one example like mine in the internet with the number

It is not a very important question, but I have curiosity, have you seen that
different nameplate? Besides, in my camera the crank opens backwards before
turning it, contrary to the rest that open forwards. No importance too.
