John,
I have occasionally brought the SL66 with WL finder to cities although most
often I opt for the more compact and quiet 3.5E TLR (Xenotar).
I find the 50mm Distagon (28mm equivalent?) quite ideal to photograph buidings
and interiors. Certainly it is very sharp. Unfortunately, the 50 mm D. makes
the camera rather bulkier again compared to the 80mm Planar. I great
compromise would be the more compact but rare 3.5/ 60 mm Distagon, if you can
find one.

Does any one use a SL66 for travel to older city centers?
If so which lenses do you bring? How important is a 40mm lens for old tight
quarters?
I am a little concerned about the weight, but the close focus ability and
clarity of slide film on a good size screen are my reasons for considering it.
