The SL 66 does not replace the TLR, they are very different cameras,
they are so different that I still use the Rolleinar 1 on my TLRs for
certain kind of photographic topics (to use the camera hand-held for
closer distances specially) and then you could buy a SL66 without to
"betray" your TLR :-)
The SL 66 is a notable camera indeed and with a system to work on some
photographic themes very professionally, it also is a versatile camera
to adapt lenses with different mounts and no usual for the format like
enlarger lenses, LF lenses, etc.
