I can see it now a photographer is in the middle of shooting an amazing rock
formation he's just getting into it shooting a few minutes and a guy comes
up and says:
STOP!!!
You are shooting too many pictures!!!
They are going to come out bad now!!!!!
You don't know what you're doing!!!! This guy says so!!!! I can't spell his
name but he's real famous I swear!!!
I cant think of a single pro or serious photo person that would not get a
chuckle out of that one.
NO DON'T WORK IT!!! JUST SHOT ONE OR TWO THEN WALK AWAY!
That would amount to the single worse advice I ever heard in my whole life.
Who would listen to this?
Try LESS HARD.
In 33 years of being a photographer the topic of "virtues of restraint when
shooting film" never came up anywhere from anybody any time its total
baloney.
