So the Mutars date only back to 1963? I did not know that. Thought they had them earlier but guess not.
Coinciding with the production numbers, the 3.5F was the best seller model and this condition was the reason the original Carl Zeiss Mutar lenses design was optimal for the 3.5/75 six elements Planar (Report II, page 24-502) on March 1963.-
