I think a miniature 6V and 0.2 amp lamp with the glass matching the flash
unit green window and the right size to be clamped on the contact plate
could work as test lamp.-

first editions. I wanted to find the lamp type number. In both
the "Practical Accessories" booklet and in an instruction book
for the Rolleiflash 2 I found on Mike Butkus site it says the
lamp is 6 volts and 50 to 70 milliamps. Its a T-10 miniature
screw base and round globe. I tried a tubular globe lamp, it
would work but doesn't fit well. The most common pilot lamps in
radio are the #44 and #47, they both draw considerably more
current than the lamp specified by Rollei. I will look at the
Rollei Report and see what I can find.
