You and Daniel Ridings (on the LUG list) have created some very nice works with the Rolleicord. I agree with your observation of its lightness. Many shooting opportunities with a Rollei are lost for me when I decide that I don't want to lug that much weight around. The Rolleicord is a delight to carry around. It seems to me that far too much credit is given to the Holga (although it *is* a bit of a cult camera) and too little credit is given to the Rolleicord. At some point, I would like to pick up a Rolleicord Vb Type 2, but mint examples of it often go for as much as one would pay for an Exc++ f3.5 Xenotar. Still, it sure is lightweight..... The problem was the two nocturnal shots, I almost imagined the frames, the difference between the 3.2 Heidosmat and 2.8 Heidosmat is very perceptible for nocturnal shots, anyway I could compose the photographs using the 'cord ground glass. I used a Kodak TMax 100 this time, developed in Rodinal 1+50; it was almost incredible the tap water was at 20ºC exactly, no ice or warming necessary and then I could experiment a longer developing time. They are 6 photos 750x750 (more or less), it's necessary to click on thumbnails and perhaps to click on the symbol that appears on the photograph if your OS reduces the image size automatically: http://silveremulsion.blogspot.com/2006/09/nocturnal-and-street-photographs. html All the best Carlos __________________________________________________ Preguntá.
