Allan:
Congratulations for your projection lens, it is one of the
Rollei standard lenses for 4x4 and 24x36mm slide projectors with
42,5mm tube, it was made by ISCO in Göttingen, Germany. Isco is a well
known optics manufacturer, they made camera lenses, industrial lenses
and projection lenses from 1936, they were and they are projection
lenses specialists, they still make cinema projection lenses, the
company belongs to Schneider Kreuznach, Isco became Schneider
Kreuznach Isco Division GmbH and it changed the name again last year,
it is ISK Optics GmbH now. All projection lenses for Rollei projectors
are very good in general, anyway the HFT and MC Heidosmat lenses made
by Rollei and ISCO, Rollei Apogon HFT made by Rollei and AV Rollei
Xenotars HFT made by Schneider are the bests ones. The Rollei Report
IV mentions several projection lenses, however it only shows the AV
Rollei Apogon 2.8/120mm lens diagram for 6x6 projectors with 74mm
tube.
Enjoy your projector with the new lens!

Carlos
