Amazon is probably the worst possible place to
seek books on historical cameras. In the US, the
best single source is Petra Kellers at
http://www.camerabooks.com. In the UK, it is
Peter Loy. And the large bookseller in Germany
is Lindemanns which also publishes Prochnow's books.
