Hi Louis,
It's a beautiful camera. Congratulations. I've been shooting with one for a
few years and I never leave home without it. (I also just got mine back,
from Oceanside Camera Repair.) Focusing took me a while, but eventually
you'll develop a feel for it, especially if you mostly shoot candid or
street photography. Use a smaller aperture to increase your depth-of-field
(obviously). I try not to shoot anything wider than f/8, which is great
because I find f/8-11 to be this camera's "sweet spot." This might not be
useful, but even though I grew up with the Imperial system, I think in
metric terms when zone focusing and round up or down to the nearest meter.
I also carry a little Sunpak flash to cover situations when the light is
too low. (You have to shoot upside-down but it only feels goofy the first
few times you do it.) I have the CRIS battery adapter for the light meter
and I recommend it.

Apparently something was broken and needed to be replaced. I don't have
details of what was replaced.
The next step is to load some film and see how the camera performs. The
zone (or scaler) focusing may be a challenge. I have never owned a camera
like that so will have to see how that works out. Are there any tips about
this?
