Franke & Heidecke GmbH With New Partner
Brunswick, Sept. 15, 2008 -Franke & Heidecke
GmbH, Feinmechanik und Optik, have a new
principal partner. In the past 12 months, the
renowned Brunswick company has been able to
considerably increase its production of system
cameras and lenses to supply its customers Leaf
and Sinar. However, this increase and the
resultant need for extra personnel and materials
require additional capital that has now become
available since Hans R. Schmid Beteiligungs-GmbH
of Offenburg have joined as partners. The shares
of Bodo Fischer, Kai Franke and Rainer Heidecke
remain in the company. Hans Hartje, Reiner
Schönrock, Karl-Heinz Krings and Rolf Sabban
have sold their share to the new partner.
As the new partner has joined the Franke &
Heidecke GmbH, the company´s management has been
reorganized. Hans Hartje has left the company by
mutual agreement but will continue to serve as
an adviser to Franke & Heidecke GmbH. In
addition, he will assume certain marketing tasks for special customers.
Bodo Fischer will remain the sole CEO.
