I would say that  the Leica or others 35mm cameras could be more
comfortable and more practical for certain situations to take
spontanous shots than the Rollei TLR cameras, but the Rollei TLR is
very capable to take spontaneous shots and to capture the "decisive
moment", the Web and the photojournalism are plenty of samples, but I
understand your point.
