Thank you very much Elias to post them. Now I have no doubt Prochnow also
mentions and shows this pressure plate magazine or "Kassette" in the Rollei
Rerport 1 to use the plate back with normal roll-film .
Before the WWII there were two roll film pressure plate, one like yours and
other for the the Rolleiflex Standard to use B1  film with a red window in
the center (low) , the magazine without red window  for  B 2 120 film
required to use the red window in the bottom of the adapter back to advance
the film initially.
Your roll film pressure plate was manufactured from 1932 to 1941 and from
1950 to 1981 (Report 1 and 2) and then perhaps it is not so rare.
Interesting to note this magazine is not described in the original Practical
accesories booklet from 1954 and it seems it is not described in the 1960
booklet.
