Thanks! This was my first roll in Rodinal, and since Ilford's spec sheet gave one time, and Rodinal gave another, I split the difference, so maybe not enough time. and maybe back to 5 seconds every 10 minutes. I use a stainless steel tank, agitating for the first 10 seconds of each minute. Ilftoec HC never gave me this problem, but the grain is much much finer with Rodinal.

I wonder though about how tightly the camera is holding the film. This is the same roll that gave me the strange light leak across frames.

Thanks again all.

Yes definitely uneven processing though otherwise your film looks pretty smooth. It is really hard to get even processing in a stainless tank if that is what you are doing. I ended up making oversized tanks and doing
my processing in the dark so that I could agitate by taking the reels
completely out of the developer and reimmersing them. I now get perfect
smooth even tones.

Why are my Rolleiflex shots darker in the middle of the frame, and
lighter on the sides?
I've only noticed on this last roll, and only on shots that have a
lot of sky in them. Is it possible the lens sends more light to the
outside of the frame, could the square lens hood be causing it - in
most of the shots the light sun is to my right? Or is it fogging in
the process of loading the film onto the reel for processing (I'm
pretty sure my room is light tight).
