[rollei_list] Operation of the B shutter speed

On my newly acquired a Rolleicord Va I find that when I have the shutter
speed set at "B", the shutter stays open until I push the cocking lever
to the right. The manual says that the shutter should close as soon as
I release the lever. Which is correct? The other speeds, including the
1 second setting, work properly.
