Only French Socialists allied with Communists could no that !"They" did it in France in 1936, then after WW-II in 1945 (the French National Railways for example) and again in 1981 under President Mitterand's governement ! You are lucky, in the New World, you'll never see one of your governements doing something similar ! ;-);-)
