I'm pretty sure that these are different. The B8 uses a circular
holder, whereas the images I looked up are square/rectangular for the
B22.

Does the Omega B8 use the same negative holders as the B22?
AS for European enlargers, nobody has mentioned the German Kaiser
enlargers. The have the same "clean design" as the Durst models but are
all black and highly modular to be used for copy work etc. I especially
like their Varicontrast model for up to 6 x 9 negs. Not sure if they
are
still available.
