There are some Epson digital rangefinders that use M-lenses, but they
cost a fortune (expect to pay $1250-1500 for one).

You can also use M-lenses with an adapter on the Lumix Micro 4/3rds
series of cameras.  Lenses will focus to infinity but the effective
focal length is doubled, due to the light collection area being
smaller than 35mm.

Those aren't DSLRs but the Lumix cameras achieve the same effect as an
SLR with a through-the-lens electronic display.
