However Eric, stereo projection is not the same thing regarding a
simple slide show. There are several issues for the stereo projection
that digital means can solve easier and simpler than analog means,
the multiple ways digital stereo projection makes things easier for
the operator convert a moderated loss of quality in the projected
image into something secondary for the people around this activity,
the main target is to see a 3 D image as 3 D image, if this target is
obtained clean and clear other details for the image quality are
secondary.
In the other hand, a simple slide show, a no stereo slide show, tend
to put the general image quality as main target for the viewer, there
is no a "special effect" to distract the viewer from the image quality
and this is the reason analog projectors and film slides still have
fans around the world.-
