I want to toss up this question to you all. Is it worthwhile to repair an ORIGINAL, pre-war Contaflex TLR. This was the original ship anchor (not boat anchor). I have one available to me. It is non-functional, but preserved dust free, humidity free.

I assume that a full Scherer job would come to a thou or so.

Is this the twin-lens one? I should think they are fairly valuable as collector's items. I have no idea of what sort of reputation they had when new. They were quite expensive and I suspect not many were sold.
