And a very Merry Christmas to you, too, David. I
hope you manage to eventually discover the spirit of the seasn.

Marc

As a left wing, pinko, commie, democrat, liberal I must say that Marc is very adept at articulating a viewpoint that is held by many. He is a well educated man with some claim to having a "classical" education, meaning having had to study Latin and classical Greek. I had a touch of this in my mis-spent youth but it didn't take. While I disagree with him about many things (not Rolleis) I respect his ability to express them in an (pardon the repitition) articulate fashion. Quite different from the "rodeo clowns" (self description by Glenn Beck) and Rush Limbaugh. BTW, the purpose of a rodeo clown (or circus clown for that matter) is to distract the audience during a disaster, that is pretty much what these folks do. Marc is in a different class and has the ability to argue his opinions while remaining civil. He serves to force those of us who disagree to think out our positions very carefully.
