This is very similar to the system used on the Hasselblad 2000 and 200 cameras. I have a 2000FCM but no F lenses, so I have a choice of either using that deathlessly accurate electronic body shutter with the Compur set to stay wide open, or the reverse. I generally use the body shutter but the Compur does provide great flash flexibility, so I do use the Compur on occasion.

The SL66 is one great camera. One of these days, I must buy one: it is one of the few major camera system in which I am really interested but which I have never played with, Ektra being the other one.
