I have a 3.5 E first version. I would like to ask if there will be any noticable improvement in quality if I upgrade it to a newer Planar? The one I have does flare a lot. Thanks for your message, God bless You. Lenses are C. Zeiss Tessar 75mm f=3.5 (taking lens) and the viewing lens is a Heidosmat 75mm f=2.8. Right now I have a hinged Yashica cap for it. It sort of fits, but I'd prefer to have an original. I have no need for the Yashica cap at the moment, and I'd happily make a trade of some sort. keith whaley >> appears to be no third-party Rolleiflex caps.
