This measurement is critical for the Mutars too. The information is in Claus 
Prochnow's Rollei Reports but you require serial numbers. The later cameras had 
the larger pitch. I cannot remember what the reason was for increasing the 
dimension.

If you have a Xenotar 3.5/75 it only could be a Bay II, however for the lens 
caps is necessary to know the objectives distance from viewing and taking lens 
from center to center, the distance could be 42 or 45mm and you need the right 
lens caps according this distance, If you write your camera model and serial or 
at least the serial number I could know the distance between
objectives.-
