Subject: [rollei_list] Large format museum of desert photography

Since we’re sharing,

I was recently at the Palm Springs Art Museum (deceptively named as it’s
located in Palm Desert).

Most of the exhibit is made up of photographs made by Stephen H. Willard on
8x10 gear. I really enjoyed his work, the compositions, contrast and tones were
excellent. Many of the other featured photographer’s work was really
interesting too.

If you happen to be in Palm Desert (next door to Palm Springs, 2 hours from Los
Angeles), I’d recommend checking it out.

As a cultural and educational leader in the greater desert community, the Palm
Springs Art Museum provides extraordinary creative encounters based on its
collections of modern and contemporary art and traditional art of the Americas.
