Hello Steve:
I think you could open the camera back in complete
darkness, rewind the film manually, shooting it again as new from the
beginning in the darkness or with the lens cap on the lens up to reach five
shots in the film counter and you could regularly use the camera from the
frame 6 to 12.

continuing to use the roll, the gap between them will or might be
affected. Is this so or can I use the roll until it is finished? Is there
a way to know when it is completed?
Or just give up and remove the roll and start with another?
