The annual Ultra Large Format program from Ilford has just opened for the
year. Each year, Ilford makes special runs of B&W film in oddball
formats. Many of these sizes, I’d never even heard of. They go down to
the tiny 2x3 sheets that the Speed Graphics used (and some plate adapters
for the Rollei, too). And they go up to 20x24 for the really daring.
What I find most exciting is that they will make 50 foot rolls of HP5
available in 47mm (127 format)! There will also be rolls of FP4 available
in 9cm width, if you’re willing to split it even down the middle. There’s
even un-cut 100-foot-long rolls of 120-backing paper. Here’s the URL of
