Well, the pre-Automat Rolleiflex cameras and the
Rollecords and the Baby line and the 2.8GX and FX
also lack the film feelers. Only the direct
Automat to 3.5F/2.8F family have this "automatic"
loading system, the reason for the "Automat"
name. Peter probably thought that the name had
been adopted as praise for a certain New York eatery!
