It is a Distagon WA lens made by Rollei under Carl Zeiss
license, the lens is for Rollei SLR 35mm cameras with QBM bayonet, f.e
Rolleiflex SL 35, SL 350, SL 35M, SL35ME, SL35 E, SL2000F, SL 3003 and
3001 and some Voigtländer equivalent models made by Rollei.
