[rollei_list] Flattening 120 film

Listers,
I picked up a roll of Ilford XP2 120 today and it had been sleeved
and rolled, uncut, as I asked. However, when i attempted to scan it
(Epson 4180), I got very poor results because the film was not being
held flat in the negative holder. it is buckling, so I get unfocused
scans.
Any suggestions on how to flatten the film, or hints about how to
avoid this in future?
