During down times at the pressroom, one of my favorite time wasters was
to punch the "eject" button on the back of the Speed Graphic flashgun
to propel used #5 flashbulbs into a wastebasket. A seasoned pro could
sink 9 out of ten at 10 feet. That's a form of fun lost to subsequent
generations.
