I'd like to confirm that a filter and lens hood can be used simultaneously (2.8E). I can't imagine they don't, and it won't change the purchase of filters (I already have the hood). Anything issues I need to be aware of prior to said purchases? Thanks,

I believe they can although I only have Bay I camera. The lens hood as
you know fits on the outside bayonet of the lens and the filters fit
into the inside bayonet :-)

James

Probably answered already, I'm just catching up with this list. I have a 2.8E which should be about the same I can use both filters and a lens hood. The filters go in the inside bayonet, the lens hood on the outside, just as on the 3.5 models.
