After seeing the post by jack, I agree this sounds tragic.
May I suggest we not continue to discuss this on the
list. For one thing, the trial is in progress and none of us
is privy to it (with perhaps the exception of Marc), that
is, we really do not know the facts. In fairness to Bob I
think we should refrain from speculating.
We are his friends and I think should support him in
weathering this nightmare.
