I read the articles from one of the VA papers. I remember he was convicted on the testimony of some bondage practitioner who was there for a photo shoot. The drugs belonged either to the woman or to his late mother. But he insisted the woman took them voluntarily and without his knowledge. He never should have been put on trial. So yeah, he was railroaded. I also remember reading or hearing about the prosecutor crying. That government criminal is the one who railroaded Bob and should have his teeth kicked in and his tongue cut out for engaging in that sort of theatrics. But then again, I never heard of a prosecutor who didn't deserve at least that and more for just for being a prosecutor! Treat animals like animals! That's my opinion of course. And judging from what you have written I don't care if you agree with me or not! BTW: Everybody else: Bob's old globalwarmingwarminghoax list on yahoogroups is still up I think and it might be a good idea if we started using it to see how we can get some real support for Bob. It doesn't matyter if the name is kind of off for a Bob list! later Javier> Date: Tue, 18 Mar 2008 07:03:39 -0700> From: rhaightjr@xxxxxxxxx> Subject: [rollei_list] Re: Bob Shell> To: rollei_list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > In fact there was quite of bit of local coverage of> the case in the Roanoke paper which did a good job in> recounting both the Commonwealth's position as well as> Bob's.
