I can assure that the Rollei TLR camera with the Rolleikin is more comfortable 
to take _vertical format_ portraits than any 35mm camera provided with tele 
lenses; things change for the horizontal format, the TLR becomes uncomfortable 
for this case.
BTW I agree with you about the 6x6cm film area, it does not make sense to have 
a MF camera to use it for 35mm, however the Rolleikin is a funny and useful 
accesory to use sometimes.

Tele Mutars are a bit rare and expensive, Rollei recommended to use them at f 
5.6 or smaller f stop, I have seen some very good portraits taken with the Tele 
Mutar, most of them using tripod.-
