Perfect spacing in a Hasselblad film back has nothing to do with how you load it.

It has everything to do with the condition of the back, that is, if it needs a CLA. It is in the gear train and if it is worn, or dirty, or whatever. Even a new back can have a problem.

The other source of uneven spacing is different sized spools. For years, and maybe still, Ilford spools were slightly larger in diameter than Kodak/Fuji spools, and if one interchanged film manufacturers, uneven spacing resulted. But there should never be overlapped frames. Overlapped frames usually means a gear train problem.

The real problem is that frame spacing is based upon how the film winds on to the take-up spool. If you put 120 film into a 220 Hassy back, you can only get eleven frames because there is a paper backing that makes the take-up spool wind get larger faster, hence, the frame spacing gets wider and wider as you shoot. The 9th, 10th, and 11th frames are w-a-y far apart.
