99% of Scheimpflug use, in landscapes, is either front tilt (Rollei) or back tilt (Flexbody).

You need back tilt on Rollei, you just tilt the whole bloody camera, just like with a Graphic. Not a big deal. Reverse that with the Flexbody for front tilt.

The limiting factor with the SL66 is that tilt doesn't work with the lens focus set on infinity. Tilting also extends the bellows. Most of the time that's not really an issue, but sometimes it can get in the way.
