Hello Hauke,
glad you are also still using slide film. I am on my way to Baltimore and 5
rolls of 120 Ektachrome 100 from B&H, NY are waiting at our relatives‘
house there. Didn’t want to risk having them x-rayed at Frankfurt airport.
Here in Bonn (Foto Brell), slide processing takes 7-10 days now. When I was
at the store two day ago they told me analog is booming and that they can‘t
keep up with the orders. A guy was actually dropping off a roll of 120 as I
picked up pictures from a 35 mm roll. I hope Kodak and Fuji are getting
the message.

Apologies, but haven't heard of MByte before.
It's about the image size I was griping, not the format. ;)
Just park the image on an image site (like Carlos does), or on a
storage cloud like dropbox.
I send images frequently and
it's the first I've heard of problems with viewing.
Well, I guess it would be fine for most people these days, but so far
attaching images has, thankfully, not been a custom on this list.
I'll look into it so hopefully it's not a problem in the future,
Thanks!
So, do you still use film?
Sure! I am switching between a Contax II, and a Rollei 35 S these days,
mostly using slide film (which has become frightfully expensive in the
last few years).
Cheerio,
Hauke
