Does Agfaphoto America have it's own manufacturing capability outside those of it's insolvent German parent?

Agfaphoto America has a notice on its web site stating that it is unaffected by the financial difficulties of the parent company. See http://www.agfaphoto.com and click on United States on the opening page.
