The former main Rollei factory (Rollei being the
owner) was at the Chai Chee neighbourhood, on the Chai Chee Road, within Bedok
New Town in Singapore, it was where the Chai Chee Technopark is today, however
Rollei 35 and Rollei B35 production started in a rented building at Alexandra
Road 315 in Singapore.
This is a Singapore map, you can see a marked area for Chai Chee,you can also
see the Chai Chee Technopark within this area, this is the exact site for the
former Rollei main factory:

I have seen some Chai Chee Technopark current photographs, I think the Rollei
buildings are still there, with a few modifications perhaps, but I'm not 100%
sure about it, anyway that is the Rollei historical site.
Rollei manufactured cameras, shutters and lenses at Chai Chee; lenses
manufacture started in a rented building at Indus Road, but when Rollei
completed the main facilities at Chai Chee Road, Rollei Optical Co moved there
too.
The Alu- Guss or Rolle Alu-Druckgusswerk had a separated new building at
Singapore outskirts due to Singapore's environmental laws, in the city's Jurong
district. It was a smaller plant than the main factory BTW.
