Several aerial lenses have fixed focus at infinity and one f stop only
or a few f stops options, some of them have some special built-in
filters and/or special corrections according the specific task they
were designed for; in general (there are exceptions of course) they
don't have the flexibility you can find in lenses designed for regular
photography.
The Tele-Tessar f8/1000mm has f stops from f 8 to f 65, with half
stops from f 8 to f 32, the iris is not automatic; focusing distance
from 21m to infinity.
