Ferrania is currently bogged down due to the pandemic. They had started
producing black and white film and it was getting great reviews. I think
they will eventually be up and running again.

from Maco Direct also seems to be an intersting 127 film. It can be used
with C-41 or E6 process.
Some of the big name brand 127 films on the B&H website, like Ektar 100,
seem to be 3rd party repackaged and hence horribly expensive.
The Ferrania start-up in Italy has been promising production of differnet
film format for years now but they can’t seem to get their operation going.
Probably the old Ferrania plant they took over is way too big and they are
bogged down with environmental regulations.
Funny enough, I had to buy a used German-made Kindermann 127 metal
development spool in the US and have it shipped to my father-in-law in New
Jersey, because I could find it nowhere in Germany.
