I've always developed my 120 and 220 black and white. Now, with digital
scanning at home on cheap scanners that's all you have to do and it's simple
if you can follow directions and control time, temperature and cleanliness.

I never tried color in the past because it used to require a mid-processing
light exposure for reversal films. Now, with E-6 processing it's all done
chemically and I might try it sometime. For the present I do use Walmart's
send out service. I drop off a roll of 120 and it's back to me in 10 days
for $4.88 in an uncut, unmounted strip. I scan everything and mount some
selected ones for projection which is my preferred viewing mode.

There are no other local choices for 120 film. I would have to send my film
to another city at additional cost and time.
