It comes to mind that a lot of voicing changes and storage of them might
eventually, in some situations, requires a reset. (I’m talking many, many
changes in an obsessive compulsive sort of a way) But I have never run into
polyphony problems with mortal settings.
That whole issue comes when you are dealing with pianos and other sustained
voices.
But others may have suggestions and thoughts.
