At the beginning of Rodgers / Roland's work in our country, the work was
extraordinary. We had an extraordinary attention even with the coming to Brazil
of John Green.
Then Cris Sandberg was also in our country to train the technicians.
Today we are helpless. I speak in a country that has several rodgers organs
(TM788, TM908, MS356, Allegiant, Insignia) Do I count at least about 50 organs
when these bodies need parts and services?
I do not know who answers for this in Rodgers, in Brazil there is a dealer of
an Italian brand of organs with an excellent structure and techniques. It
represents the Italian brand and Hammond. It could be a way for Rodgers.
I apologize again, but, my only channel is this email list.

We need to be very careful in our postings.
There are still people from the original Rodgers employed in Hillsboro, OR.
Really nice people who enjoy having a job.
Posting critical messages that are posted to point out issues and actions that
could easily be used by the new company to understand those who love Rodgers
and want to see it live on are the best thing that we can do to help RODGERS US
make this possible.
Posting messages that tear down the company and its organs have exactly the
opposite effect.
In doing so we jeopardize the jobs of Rodgers employees - some of whom have
been there through more than one ownership transition.
IF YOU HAVE A MESSAGE, COMMENT or COMPLAINT THAT COULD BE USED AS A RUMOR BASE
by others about the future of RODGERS US, consider sending it to Sam Eberwein,
National Sales Manager instead of posting here.

If you then do not get satisfaction, then post here.
Ricardo cannot get an answer about who is responsible for sales and service in
his country. He tried and failed, so he posted here.
Nancy Holloway has done that and ended up here when the problems she has faced
were not taken care of.
Old Rodgers had the ideal way of handling that situaiton when all efforts fail
- they replaced the organ. After all it is under warranty. I know of two
situations personally in whcih this was done - the first one on an out of
warrnty organ, in fact.
