I usually make no comments on this list-I am not a musician but I am a dealer. 
As a matter of fact Noel and I have worked together for several years now. 

I told Noel today that every time a new product comes out this starts and 
believe me I dreaded it. The dealer has a price list that is from the 
company--on this we have to base the price for each installation--all sales 
consultants are not given this list but a list that is prepared by their 
dealer. These prices do vary because of the different cost factors involved in 
doing business.

I receive calls frequent ally for pricing out of the area--This is the 
customers right to ask but it is my responsibility as a dealer not to do 
anything that would harm another dealership or the Rodgers name. This can be 
handled in many ways but the customer can be given information in a way that 
will build trust in their dealer.

May I please insert here that when prices are given without all the information 
a sale can be damaged--such as insurance claims.

Noel: feel free to delete this if you wish but I firmly believe that these 
issues can be settled by contact with the local dealer.
