Has the organ been inspected by a tech and any crystal sockets been removed and
the crystals soldered in permanently?
Being an intermittent problem and not coming from the PR - since BOTH of them
are doing this, this would be the first thing to check.
Others got suggestions?
(this crystal socket problem is not just a Rodgers problem, other organ
builders have run into the same problem.
I assume, probably wrongly, that socketed crystals that time the functions of
the computers, were used so that future updates could take advantage of faster
memory and other benefits that would be possible, right?)
