It would be helpful to know what precipitated this question.
Are you looking for a list of hymns to use for training LDS
organists? If so the list would be those hymns which are
most familiar to congregations worldwide which every LDS
organist should be familiar with. These would include the
hymns which are recommended for stake conferences. A
similar list could be made from the hymns sung by the
Tabernacle Choir at General Conferences.
If you are truly looking for "favorites" it is likely to vary
widely based on location. The "favorites" in the Utah/Idaho
area might not be the same favorites one would find in other
areas. So a clarification of what you are looking for would
be helpful.
