Make it a lesson in ear training and improvising, and pass it along to your students: Take a piece you know by heart, for piano or organ...simple or complex, maybe a hymn, or a Bach prelude or fugue, or a Broadway show tune, whatever...play it in every key...ALL OF THEM...force yourself to figure out the chords, modulations, etc. Do it at least once a week. When you learn a new piece, or compose your own, get it into your fingers, memorize it, then play it in all keys...you will learn your way around the keyboard and lose any fear of any key.
